| 摘 要： | 分析了目前国内安全生产责任险发展及投保方式现状,提出了依据风险状况对企业进行分级投保的思路和方法。将企业风险分为固有风险、人员素质、安全管理和安全业绩四个要素,分析了各个要素的影响因素,提出了企业风险值的量化指标及计算方法,并按照风险值及定性分析结果将企业划分为5级,为指导企业投保安全生产责任险保费厘定提供了一种参考准则。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the present situation and the development of safety production liability insurance in China and then proposed that enterprises should be insured in different levels according to the risk situation. The enterprise risk value was divided into four elements: inherent risk, employee quality, safety management and safety performance. The influencing factors of each element were analyzed, and the quantitative index and calculation method of enterprise risk value were proposed. According to the risk value and qualitative analysis results, the enterprise was divided into five levels, further guiding the determination of insurance premium in enterprise insurance. |
