油樟叶的化学成分及其生物活性研究进展

摘    要:油樟是一种材用﹑药用兼之的植物,目前从油樟叶精油中已鉴定出化合物113余个,主要是烃类、醇类、醛类、酯类、酮类和酚类化合物等成分,其中不乏药用价值较高的活性成分。本文对油樟叶的化学成分、提取制备及其生物活性进行梳理﹑归纳,并分析其相关存在的问题,以期为油樟叶资源的进一步研究﹑开发利用提供参考。

Advance in Chemical Compositions and Biological Activities Components from Cinnamomum longepaniculatum Leaves
Abstract:It is a kind of plant with both material and medical functions, at present, more than 113 chemical compounds were identified from the essential oil of C. longepaniculatum leaves. The mainly compositions were Hydrocarbon, alcohol, aldehydes, esters, ketone, phenols, etc. In this article, the chemical components, extraction and separation, biological activities and utilization of volatile compounds from C. longepaniculatum leaves are reviewed. Meanwhile, the current problems and future work has also been proposed. It is provided references for further development and utilization of C. longepaniculatum leaves.
