摘    要:分布式能源接入电网使配电网的动态特性日趋复杂,配电网运行管理从被动式走向主动式,同步相量测量技术在配电网的应用成为一种趋势。对适用于输电网的常规同步相量算法在配电网中的应用进行分析,根据产生误差的原因,提出了一种利用三角函数多项式对误差曲线进行最小二乘法拟合的新算法。阐述算法具体的实现过程,在动态变化、谐波干扰的情况下对算法进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明算法在各种条件下测量精度得到了很大提升。

Abstract:The accessment of distributed energy makes the dynamic characteristics of distribution network more complex. The operation and management of distribution network move from passive to active, and the application of synchronous phasor measurement technology in distribution network has become a trend. The application of conventional synchronous phasor algorithm for transmission line in distribution network is analyzed. According to the cause of the error, a new fitting algorithm of the least square method for the error curve using trigonometric polynomial is proposed. The specific algorithm process is explained and the algorithm is verified in case of dynamic variation and harmonic interference. According to simulation results, the measurement accuracy of the algorithm is greatly improved under various conditions.
