摘    要:目的提出船舶模型中趾端结构的CAE理想化方法,提高船舶有限元前处理中趾端简化的效率。方法采用三维八叉树搜索算法,建立三维趾端与相邻空间船舶结构的空间位置关系,筛选需要简化的趾端结构,根据趾端简化规则进行处理。结果基于NX11.0平台,开发出趾端结构理想化功能,实现趾端结构CAE理想化处理的自动化过程,并使用实际船型测试,处理结果满足有限元网格划分质量要求。结论该方法能准确、高效地实现趾端结构自动理想化处理。

Abstract:The paper aims to propose a CAE idealization method for ship bracket toe structure to improve the efficiency of bracket toe simplification in finite element pre-processing of ship. The 3D octree search algorithm was applied to establish the spatial relationship between 3D bracket toe and nearby ship structures within its surrounding space, and the bracket toes that need to be simplified were filtered and simplified according to the rule of bracket toe simplification. Based on the NX 11.0 platform, the program of bracket toe idealization was developed, which can automatically complete idealization of bracket toe structure. It was tested with real ship models and the result met the quality requirement of finite element meshing. The method proposed in this paper can complete automatic idealization of bracket toe structure with high accuracy and high efficiency.
