摘    要:本研究探讨紫菜薹(BCEE)、紫甘蓝(RCEE)、紫芜箐(BREE)及羽衣甘蓝(BOEE)乙醇提取物对葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS,2%)诱发C57BL/6J小鼠溃疡性结肠炎的影响。观察小鼠体重,结肠长度,疾病活性指数及结肠组织变化。试剂盒法检测小鼠结肠髓过氧化物酶(MPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化氢酶(CAT),谷胱甘肽还原酶(GSH-Px),谷胱甘肽(GSH)和丙二醛(MDA)水平。酶联法测定肠内炎性因子(TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6和IL-18)水平。q RT-PCR法检测结肠内炎性因子,NLRP3,ASC,caspase-1,i NOS和COX-2的m RNA水平。较模型小鼠4种紫蔬菜均显著抑制DSS致体重减轻,增加结肠长度至8.67 cm (BCEE组),8.23 cm (BREE组),7.66cm (RCEE组)和7.40 cm (BOEE组);改善肠内炎症程度;提升肠内抗氧化物酶(SOD,CAT和GSH-Px)和GSH水平;降低炎细胞因子(TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6和IL-18),MPO及MDA水平。此外,紫菜蔬能抑制结肠组织中炎性因子,NLRP3,ASC,caspase-1和i NOS与COX-2的m RNA表达。综上数据提示,4种紫菜蔬缓解DSS诱导小鼠结肠炎能力为BCEEBREERCEEBOEE。
