摘    要:当前,低压配网缺少对低压用户安全保障和负荷分配遥控调节的有效手段,无法从源头上遏制用户用电不当发生的灾害。本文研究依托无线通信技术,以建成的营配监测指挥平台为基础,构建了低压配网用户电气量监测及负荷分配遥控调节系统,能够实现实时监测每个低压用户的用电信息,对配变负荷进行遥控调节。本文研究工作对配网扩建等技改项目提供有效、准确的理论依据。

Research and Application of Low Voltage Power Customer Support System
Abstract:At present, the low-voltage distribution network lacks an effective means for remote control of low-voltage users and remote control of load distribution, and it is impossible to curb the disaster caused by improper use of electricity by the source. With the wireless communication technology, this paper constructs a comprehensive online diagnostic system for low-voltage power customer on the basis of the established camping monitoring and command platform, which can realize the real-time monitoring of the power consumption information of each low-voltage user. Additionally, the load can be adjusted remotely. The research work in this paper provides an effective and accurate theoretical basis for technical transformation projects such as distribution network expansion.
