摘    要:针对现阶段变电站运维班组缺少远程运维系统、无法远程巡视设备状态、运维效率低下的问题,分析了现有各种可行的变电站远程运维系统建设方案优缺点,从实际需求出发,设计了一种基于透明访问技术的远程运维系统。该方案依据服务化技术的核心思想,遵循服务化通信协议标准,在主站运维终端和变电站之间构建了变电站侧的数据服务端,为运维终端提供各类资源的透明访问和控制服务,并按照运维业务需求对系统主要模块进行了功能规划与设计,在不改变当前的变电站运行管理模式下满足对多个变电站进行远程运行管理和维护的需求。

Abstract:To solve the current problem of lacking remote operation and maintenance system, inability to remotely patrol the equipment, and the low operation and maintenance efficiency of substation, the advantages and disadvantages of various feasible schemes for remote operation and maintenance system of substation are analyzed. According to actual requirements, a remote operation and maintenance system based on transparent access technology is designed. Based on the core idea of service-oriented technology and the service-oriented communication protocol standard, a data server on the substation side is built between operation and maintenance terminal of the primary station and the substation, which provides transparent access and control of various resources for operation and maintenance terminal. On the basis of the requirements of operation and maintenance businesses, the main modules of the system are functionally planned and designed to meet the requirements of operating, managing and maintaining multiple substations remotely without changing the current substation operation and management mode.
