基于模糊控制的失重秤粉体包装精度研究

摘    要:目的 针对失重式包装秤控制系统控制精度低的问题,提出一种提高粉体包装称量精度的控制算法。方法 在传统PI控制基础上,增加智能模糊控制模块,利用模糊控制算法整定PI控制参数,并通过Matlab simulink分析软件对系统进行仿真。结果 相对于传统的PI控制器,模糊PI控制系统达到稳定的时间减少了44%,超调量降低了26%,系统受到干扰后达到稳定的时间减少了30%。结论 模糊PI控制系统稳定,超调量小,抗干扰能力强,能有效提高失重秤的包装控制精度。

Abstract:The work aims to propose a control algorithm to improve the weighing accuracy of powder packaging regarding the problem of low control precision of the control system of weightless packaging scale. On the basis of traditional PI control, an intelligent fuzzy control module was added, the fuzzy control algorithm was used to set PI control parameters, and the system was simulated through Matlab simulink analysis software. Compared to traditional PI controllers, the time it took for the fuzzy PI control system to stabilize was reduced by 44%, the overshoot was reduced by 26%, and the time it took for the system to stabilize after being disturbed was reduced by 30%. The fuzzy PI control system is stable, has a small overshoot and strong anti-interference ability, and can effectively improve the packaging control precision of the weightless scale.
