摘    要:目的材料作为产品创新设计要素,将材料体验融入产品创新设计实践中,利用可拓学理论,将产品设计要素变量分类,建构产品设计创新的迭代过程。方法结合用户的个性化需求,提出基于材料体验的技术原理、特性、情感力3个设计要素,建立设计要素的物元变换模型。通过物元变换模型对产品功能要素和产品需求要素分别进行分析、变换、推理、判断,最终生成解决问题策略的方法,用表征化和形式化的模型推导演算出从发现问题到生成解决问题的策略。结论根据模型推导,充分发挥材料体验在产品创新设计中的推动力,实现差异化补偿的积极用户体验,给用户带来新的服务力。通过设计案例证明了该方法可有效提升用户满意度,为实现产品的集成创新提供了新的途径。

Abstract:The work aims to integrate the material experience into the innovation design practice of the products with the materials as the elements of product innovation design, classify the variables of product design elements based on the extenics theory, and construct the iteration process of product design innovation. Combined with the personalized needs of users, three design elements (technical principle, characteristics and emotional force) based on the material experience were proposed, and the matter-element transformation model of design elements was established. The matter-element transformation model was used to respectively analyze, transform, deduce and judge the product functional elements and product demand elements, and finally generate the problem-solving strategy. The representation and formal models were used to deduce and calculate the strategy from finding the problem to generating the solution. According to the model deduction, the full play is given to the driving force of material experience in product innovation design to realize positive user experience of differentiation compensation, so as to bring new service power to users. The design case proves that the proposed method can effectively improve user satisfaction and provide a new way to realize product''s integrated innovation.
