| 摘 要： | 在介绍电网调度安全性评价及其重要性的基础上,对基于Web技术的电网调度安全性评价系统进行了分析,以将Web技术更好地应用,消除电网调度正常运行中的隐患,最大限度降低电力安全事故的发生率,确保电力系统的正常运行和人员安全,减少经济损失,实现最优的安全效益。

| Abstract: | The dispatching safety evaluation and its importance are introduced,the dispatching safety evaluation system is analyzed for a better application of Web technology in eliminating the normal operation problems in the grid scheduling and minimizing the incidence of electrical safety incidents to ensure the normal operation of the power system and personnel safety,reduce economic losses,and achieve optimal security benefits. |
