| 摘 要： | 财政支出对经济的促进作用要持续一段时间，这段时间有多长，如何界定，这是需要讨论的问题。从经济学理论出发，分析了财政支出与GDP之间的关系，对财政支出效益滞后期的计算理论与方法作了一些探讨，并以辽宁省为例，从实证分析的角度得出了辽宁省财政支出效益滞后期为4年的结论。

| Abstract: | The effect of financial expenditure on economy will last a time.How long it is and how to identify it are problems discussed in the paper. The relationship between GDP and financial expenditure is analyzed first.Then, the theory and methods to resolve the problems mentioned above are explored on the base of economy theory.Furthermore,it is proved that the lagtime is four years by citing Liaoning Province's financial expenditure performance as an exmple. |
