基于X3D的机械产品网络定制的研究

摘    要:用户的需求是多种多样的,企业应该实现对复杂结构形体产品的定制。提出了一种基于网络的虚拟现实和中间件技术的产品定制方法。在设计过程中采用功能设计方法,由中间件对用户的要求进行处理。提供用户定制的产品。实现了对复杂模型各种属性以及结构形状的修改,利用最新的虚拟现实技术X3D为支撑,实现了用户定制产品的实时显示,并给出系统实现的实例。

Abstract:Since customization demands are various, the products which are kind of complex geometries should be customized. A method based on virtual reality and middleware was proposed to make product customization on the internet. In the process of designing, function design was used, the middleware can process customization demands, and prepare the product models for customers. The modification to properties and shape of complex geometries has been implemented, and had a real-time display by the technology of X3D and middleware. Finally, an example of this system was given.
