沥青旋转粘度试验及其影响因素探讨

摘    要:粘度是评价沥青高温性能的重要指标。通过对5种道路石油沥青和1种改性沥青进行布氏旋转粘度测试,在布氏旋转粘度试验要求范围内考察了恒温时间、转速大小、试验温度和沥青试样添加量对旋转粘度的影响,结果表明:影响因素的变化会直接影响粘度的测定结果。

Abstract:Viscosity is a key index of evaluating high - temperature performance of asphalt.Brookfield rotary viscosity of five kind of road asphals and a type of modified asphalt were tested.Effects of constant temperature time,rotational speed,experimental temperature,addition of asphalt on rotary viscosity were investigated within the scope of the testing requirements of Brookfield rotary viscosity.The result showed that alteration of influencing factors had a direct impact on determination results.
