高铁用阴离子乳化沥青工艺配方优化的研究

摘    要:以乳化沥青的储存稳定性为指标,通过正交试验考察了乳化剂LF、助剂T和助剂C的用量对乳化沥青体系稳定性的影响。结果表明,影响乳化沥青稳定度大小的因素排列顺序为:乳化剂用量大于助剂C用量大于助剂T用量。乳化剂LF、助剂C和助剂T的较佳用量分别为:4.0%,0.06%和0.4%。

Abstract:The effects on the storage stability of emulsied asphalt such as the dosage of emulsifier LF, additive C and additive T were investigated.The arrangement for the effects on storage stability was emulsifier>additive C>additive T according to the orthogonal test.The optimal dosage of emulsifier LF,additive C and additive T was 4.0%,0.06%and 0.6%respectively.
