摘    要:研究不同倾斜支撑条件下两端铰支输流管道的振动响应特性。建立了与竖直方向夹角为θ支撑条件下两端铰支输流管道的运动学方程;在无运动约束时,给出了系统振动响应的分岔图,分析了振动响应随支撑角度变化的演化特征;通过与无约束情形的对比分析,讨论了运动约束和重力参数给系统振动响应带来的影响。结果表明,随支撑角度的改变,系统振动响应产生分岔现象是普遍的,并且运动约束可适度减小振动响应幅值,较大重力参数会使斜支管道振动响应特征趋于单一,可通过调节相应参数值来改变管道振动响应的特征。

Abstract:The vibration characteristics of a pinned-pinned fluid-conveying pipe under various supported angles are investigated. The motion equations are established for the pinned-pinned fluid-conveying pipe with a supported angle θ. When any motion constraint is not imposed on the pipe, the bifurcation diagram of vibration response of the pipe is presented, from which the evolving characteristics of the response are analyzed. In comparison with the case of the pipe without any motion constraint, the effects of gravity parameter and motion constraint on the vibration response of the pipe are discussed in more detail. It is shown that the bifurcation phenomenon is very common when the supported angle changes, and a proper motion constrain can moderately reduce the vibration amplitude of the pipe. Moreover, a larger gravity parameter will lead to a simpler response, and in practice, the vibration characteristics can be adjusted by changing the values of corresponding parameters.
