| 摘 要： | 分析长风厂2005年冷修技改后,在池窑节电工作中所作的探索与实践,通过对中碱玻纤池窑通路电熔部分节电潜力的挖掘,取得了明显的经济和社会效益。与从事玻纤生产的同行进行技术交流,在企业节能方面探索出更好的方法和途径,进一步降低生产成本,提高经济效益。

| Abstract: | The author introduces the exploration and actual work for saving electric power in the direct-melt fiberglass furnace in Changfeng Plant after the cold repair in 2005. By tapping power-saving potential in the electric heating system for the forehearths of C-glass furnace,the plant has achieved remarkable economic and social benifits. This article is aimed at exchanging experience with the professionals in glass fiber industry to explore better approaches for energy saving so as to further reduce production cost and enhance economic benefits. |
