活塞式压缩机虚拟样机设计与仿真

摘    要:基于Solidworks三维造型软件,结合实例,实现了四缸制冷压缩机数字化虚拟样机的三维建模和虚拟装配,并运用COSMOSMotion虚拟原型机仿真工具对样机进行了运动学和动力学仿真,获得了运动和动力的相关数据,提高了相关产品的设计开发过程。

Abstract:Base on Solidworks solid design software, 3D model and virtual assembly of 4 cylinder piston compressor were completed. The kinematics and dynamics simulation of the model were performed on COSMOSMotion. The sport rules and dynamics data were obtained. Now it can improve the research efficiency of interrelated designe.
