考虑液体惯性的游梁式抽油机悬点载荷计算

摘    要:根据抽油杆柱和液柱受力单元 ,在考虑抽油杆柱受阻尼力和液体惯性力影响等条件下建立了抽油杆柱和液柱的运动方程 ,利用Wendroft差分格式对运动方程进行求解 ,可以准确求出任意时刻的悬点载荷值。中原油田采油三厂 4 9口抽油机井悬点载荷的计算表明 ,该方法计算的悬点最大载荷和最小载荷值精确度分别为 75 6 %和 6 5 2 % ,大大高于其它公式计算精度。该方法运算程序简单 ,可在现场中推广应用。

Abstract:Based on the force model of rod string and liquid column, the equations of motions of rod string and liquid column are set up considering the effects of the damping force on the rod string and the inertial force of the liquid. By solving the motion equations by means of Wendroft differencing scheme, the polished rod load at arbitrary time can be accurately figured out. The polished rod loads of 49 rod pumped wells in Zhongyuan Oilfield are calculated, and the results show that accuracy of the calculation is much higher than that of other calculation equations. The calculation method is simple and can be popularized.
