GH696合金弹簧组织和性能特性分析

摘    要:针对国产GH696合金φ1.0mm和φ0.5mm弹簧在稳定化处理后弹力不够的问题,综合分析了组织、性能与固溶、时效工艺之间的关系。结果表明:弹簧弹力不合格的原因主要是合金丝材在时效处理前已经存在大量的较粗大的析出相。

Abstract:The insufficient elasticity of GH696 alloy springs with diameters of 1.0mm and 0.5mm was analyzed, the relationship among microstructure, mechanical properties and heat treatments was investigated. It was concluded that the coarse precipitation existing in GH696 before aging treatment was the dominant reason of the insufficient elasticity.
