摘    要:针对变栅距光栅线位移传感器的不足,提出一种新型传感器测试系统。采用的自主研制的宽带LED光源体积小、效率高,是光位移传感器较为理想的宽带光源;传感器本体使用了变栅距闪耀光栅与套筒式运行机构;信号处理由色敏解调器与数字信号处理器(DSP)完成,制作了新型测试系统样机并进行测试,符合飞行控制系统一般测试精度要求,提高了测试系统的动态特性,实现了小型化、工程化。

Abstract:Aiming at deficiency of line displacement sensors based on varied-line-space grating, a new type of sensor test system is presented. Independently developed broadband LED light source, which has advantages of small size and high efficiency is an ideal light source for optical displacement sensors. Varied-line-space blazed grating and sleeve style operation mechanism are applied in sensor. The signal is processed by color sensitive demodulator and DSP, and prototype of the sensing system is fabricated and tested, the test precision in accordance with demand of flight control system, and the dynamic performance is improved, miniaturization and engineering are realized.
