| 摘 要： | 以某加榴弹底排装置的改进设计为研究内容，根据其几何形状特点，建立计算模型，进行了有限元网格划分，并模拟膛内发射环境施加载荷及给出了约束条件，利用^11PRSA-1炮弹、火箭弹的强度计算与结构分析专用有限元程序”进行计算，得到了相应的变形图和等应力线图，通过对比分析各种设计方案，找到了靶场失效原因，得出底排装置有效的、可实施的改进设计方案．经试验验证，改进后弹丸各项性能指标满足战术技术指标要求．

| Abstract: | This paper is about the improvement of design of a cannon high explosive shell base-bleed unit.According to the geometrical shape characteristic,the axial symmetry calculation model is established,meshing for FEM is carried out,and the simulation loading within the chamber and the restrictive condition are given.Computed by "PRSA-1" finite element program for the strength calculation and structural analysis of artillery shots and rockets projectiles,the corresponding deformation maps and charts are educed.T... |
