高性能混凝土配合比设计的正交试验研究

摘    要:高性能混凝土配合比设计的研究对实际工程应用有着重要的意义 ,是高性能混凝土研究领域的主要方面之一。采用四因素、三水平的正交试验设计方法对高性能混凝土的配合比进行了试验 ,研究了水泥、硅灰、粉煤灰和外加剂等不同试验因素对高性能混凝土强度的影响 ,分析了每个因素水平对高性能混凝土配合比的作用及各个水平之间的差异。结果表明 ,对混凝土强度的影响因素依次为外加剂、硅灰、水灰比和粉煤灰。并用正交试验结果进行了线性回归 ,给出了预测模型

Abstract:It is important that study of mix design of high performance concrete(HPC)in application of actual engineering and is one of the main aspects of the research fields.An orthogonal experimental method of four factors and three factor levels was adopted to carry out the experiments of proportioning of HPC.The influence of different experimental factors including cement,silica fume,fly ash and admixture on the strength of HPC was studied.And the effect of each factor level on proportioning of HPC and the difference between factor levels were also analyzed.The results show that effect factors are admixture,silica fume, W/C ratio and fly ash in turn.Linear regression was carried out with the results and a prediction model is given.
