| 摘 要： | 提出将OA系统转移到知识管理平台的重要性和必要性。通过阐述知识管理平台的优点及第三代OA的系统架构，详细说明了如何设计以知识管理为核心的第三代OA系统，以及如何从目前应用较为广泛的第二代OA系统平滑地过渡到第三代OA系统。

Then it gives out how to design the third OA system based on knowledge management and how to transfer from the second OA system to the third OA system smoothly in detail by discussing the virtues of the platform of knowledge management and the system frame-work of the third OA system. |
