赣州历史文化名城保护规划与实施思考

赣州城地处“三山”、“三水”之中,形成独特的龟形城市形态和“丁”字形传统空间格局,具有以客家文化为主的多元文化特质。其保护规划从对自然环境、人工环境、人文环境的保护着手,提出名城保护的技术措施和行政措施,以名城风貌特色保护、整体环境改善的成果吸引游人,促进地方旅游和经济发展的总体思路。

Reflection on the Protection Planning and Implementation for the Historic City of Ganzhou

Situated within the area with"three hills"and"three rivers",characterized by its plural culturalcharacteristics with the Hakka culture as the mainone,Ganzhou has formed a unique city shape of atortoise with a traditional"T"spatial pattern.Its pro-tection must be carried out with respect to the natu-ral environment,man-made environment and culturalenvironment.The idea is put forwards the technicalmeasures and administrative measures,tourists areattracted to the city by protecting its features andstyles and by the improvement of the overall envi-ronment to promote the development of local tour-ism and economy.
