摘    要:为实现杆式超声波电动机在真空环境中负载特性的快速测量,根据瞬态响应法测量负载特性的基本原理,研制出超声波电动机瞬态响应测试系统,该系统能够实现超声波电动机在起动10 ms内转速瞬态响应的测量和负载特性的间接计算.在常态环境中采用挂砝码法和瞬态响应法对φ30mm杆式超声波电动机的负载特性进行了测量,两者测试结果基本一致,证明瞬态响应法用于测量超声波电动机的负载特性是可行的.随后在真空环境中,采用瞬态响应法实现了杆式超声波电动机瞬态响应和负载特性的测量,表明该方法适用于超声波电动机在真空环境中负载特性的测量.
