热虹吸式重沸器的选用和配管

摘    要:对立式与卧式热虹吸式重沸器的性能进行了比较,指出立式热虹吸式重沸器具有传热系数高、结构紧凑、价格和安装费用低等优点,适合在处理的物料流量大、粘度高、易结垢的炼油装置中使用;而卧式热虹吸式重沸器广泛应用在处理的物料流量小、粘度低、不易结垢的精细化工装置中。从安装方式和进料方式等方面对重沸器的选用进行了讨论。最后,对重沸器配管设计中应注意的问题,如配管对温差损失的影响,降液管和升气管的型式和尺寸,管道的柔性设计以及进出料管的对称布置等问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:The comparison between the performances of vertical and horizontal thermal siphon reboilers showed that the vertical siphon rehoilers have the advantages of high heat transfer coefficient,compact construction and low investment cost and are appropriate for the process units with large flow high viscosity and easy fouling streams, whereas,the horizontal thermal siphon reboilers are widely used in the fine chemical units with streams of small flow, low viscosity and rare fouling. The selection of reboiler was discussed in respects of its installation and feed introducing. Precautions in the piping design of the reboiler, such as impact of piping on the temperature difference loss,types and dimensions of downcomer and riser pipe, improvement of piping flexibility in design, symmetric arrangement of outlet pipes etc. were studied.
