助催化剂对羟胺合成反应中Pt-Pd/C催化剂性能的影响

摘    要:通过模拟羟胺合成反应,对Pt-Pd/C催化剂进行了性能测试和微观分析.结果表明,羟胺合成反应中,添加助催化剂GeO2可明显提高Pt-Pd/C催化剂活性,对选择性影响不大,但大量的助剂对催化剂性能性有负面的作用;GeO2作为助催化剂阻碍了Pt-Pd/C催化剂活性组分的流失,助剂对吸附在载体上活性组分的微晶的聚集有一定的隔离作用,在催化剂的使用过程中可以阻止活性组分微晶的聚集长大,起到了细化Pt,Pd微晶的作用.

Abstract:By means of simulating synthetic hydroxylamine reactions,the character test and microstructure analysis for Pt-Pd/C catalyst were performed. The results show that in the synthetic hydroxylamine reactions the promoter GeO2 can improve Pt-Pd/C catalyst activity obviously,and not change the selectivity,but large quantity promoter will play a negative role in catalysis. GeO2 as a promoter can obstruct a loss of live components from Pt-Pd/C catalyst,isolate microcrystals in live components which is adhered to the carrier in order to stopping crystal growth and accumulation,so that the Pt and Pd grain is minimized.
