摘    要:分析了质量决策过程,提出了一种基于质量职能配置的产品规划模型,该模型以顾客满意度最大为优化目标函数,以时间、技术特征的变化范围以及发迹技术特征所涉及的费用等为约束函数。该模型充分利用了质量屋中各组成部分的信息,考虑到了质量配置过程中存在的种种矛盾。最后,以某产品设计作为研究实例,建立了以市场调研结果和技术信息为基础的质量屋,给出了顾客需求与技术特征之间的关系数、每个技术特征的最小值和最大值、固定费

Abstract:The decision process of the house of quality was analyzed. A product-programming model based on quality function deployment was put forward. The optimal function of the model is maximum satisfactory degree of customers. The constraint functions are composed of time, relationship between design characteristics, change scopes of design characteristics and cost suffered from changes of design characteristics. The model makes full use of information of every components in the house of quality and takes all kinds of conflicts in process of quality function deployment into account. At last, by taking a product-programming as an example, a house of quality was established based on the results of market research and information of design characteristics. The coefficients between the requirements and design characteristics, the minimum and maximum values of every design characteristics, fixed cost, varied cost and design time were given. A productprogramming model and its result based on Microsoft Excel 97 were also presented.
