摘    要:利用AnyCasting软件对半固态ZL201合金触变压铸充型过程进行研究,模拟了不同一级、二级快压射速度,以及不同速度转换位置条件下半固态浆料的流动状态,并通过试验进行了验证.结果表明,随着一级、二级快压射速度的增加,速度转换位置的前移,半固态浆料的流动状态从层流向紊流过渡.对于试验零件,当一级快压射速度为0.1 m/s,二级快压射速度为1 m/s,在充型60%时进行速度转换,能够生产出合格的铸件.

Abstract:The effects of injection speed on semi-solid thixo-diecasting of ZL201 alloy were studied by using AnyCasting software.The experiment was conducted to validate the simulated results.The results reveal that flow morphology of semi-solid ZL201 alloy slurry is transformed from laminar flow into turbulence flow with increasing in injection speed and earlying in speed switch.When filling speed is 0.1 m/s at low speed and 1 m/s at high speed,and the speed switch happens at a mold cavity of 60% with slurry,the semi-solid die casting with a good quality can be obtained.
