摘    要:针对重轨钢轧制过程中上下断面对称度不合、出钢扭转及弯曲损坏辅助设备等问题,仿真分析了轧辊轴向窜动对重轨断面对称度和出钢平直度的影响,通过对耐磨导板的处理,使轧辊轴向窜动由原来的4~5mm减小到1.0~1.5mm,大大提高了轧机的轧制精度。

Abstract:To the problem of non-acceptance of section,rail twist and bend during rail rolling,the influence of roll axial shifting on rail section symmetry degree and flatness were simulated.The roll axial shifting is decreased from 4~5mm to 1.0~1.5mm by wear plate treating so that the rolling precision is increased greatly.
