微量碱催化亚临界甲醇-菜籽油酯交换反应制备生物柴油

摘    要:在亚临界甲醇条件下,采用微量碱催化甲醇-菜籽油酯交换反应制备生物柴油的新工艺,消除催化剂污染和分离的成本.通过单因素试验及响应面分析,确定最佳工艺参数为:反应温度190℃,搅拌速率600 r/min,催化剂用量513 mg/kg,反应时间38 min,醇油摩尔比11.9∶1,反应压力1.5 MPa.在最佳条件下,菜籽油一次转化率可达85.5%,产品生物柴油经甘油洗涤后碱含量为6.9 mg/kg.

Abstract:A new biodiesel production process under subcritical methanol conditions with trace content alkali as catalyst was developed to reduce the operation cost and alleviate the pollution problem caused by catalyst separation.With the single factor experiment and the response surface methodology,the operating parameters were optimized as temperature of 190 ℃,agitating rate of 600 r/min,catalyst dosage of 513 mg/kg,reaction time of 38 min,molar ratio of methanol to oil of 11.9∶1 and pressure of 1.5 MPa.Under the above conditions,the conversion rate of transesterificaiton reached 85.5%,and the alkali content left in the product was 6.9 mg/kg after washing by glycerin.
