摘    要:为了将卧式涡旋压缩机工作腔内的润滑油定量地控制在最佳的范围内,采用在动涡旋盘与支架体间加装润滑油密封结构,通过调节密封比压等参数的大小,准确地控制了从曲轴箱漏入工作腔的润滑油量。并通过实验得出了工作腔内润滑油量与密封比压、相对运动速度、润滑油粘度和气体压缩比等参数间的变化关系。结果表明:该密封结构不但精确地控制了工作腔内的润滑油量,既保证了动静涡旋齿摩擦副的润滑又节省了润滑油的消耗,而且减小了背压腔气体向吸气口的泄漏。

Abstract:In order to control the content of lubricating oil in the best range in working chamber of horizontal scroll compressor,a seal structure between the orbiting scroll and the frame was installed to control the leakage of lubricating oil from the crankcase into working chambers by means of regulating the parameters such as sealing pressure.The relations of the lubricating oil amount in working chamber between sealing pressure,relative speed of motion,lubricating oil viscidity and gas pressure ratio were obtained by experiment.The results show that this seal structure can control the amount of lubricating oil in working chamber accurately,and reduce the gas leakage from the back-pressure chamber to suction pocket.So that the lubrication between two scroll wraps is ensured,and the consumption of the lubricating oil is saved.
