汽车底盘测功行驶阻力模拟系统的研究

摘    要:以底盘测功机测试系统为研究对象,分析构架了实时模拟测控系统.通过对汽车道路行驶阻力的分析,建立了车辆道路行驶阻力的模型.借助Labview 8.5编程技术完成了基于上位机开发的测功机数据采集系统.通过调用上位机阻力计算模型,来实时控制测功机转鼓上转矩的加裁,实现了对车辆在实际道路行驶中阻力的模拟.误差分析结果表明,该系统具有较高的模拟精度.

Abstract:Taking a chassis dynamometer test system as an object of study,a real-time simulation and control system was set up.After analyzing driving resistance on the road,a model of automobile driving resistance was established.By means of the programming tools in Labview 8.5,a dynamometer data acquisition system was developed on the master computer.By transferring the resistance calculation model from the master computer,the torques on the drum of dynamometer can be controlled in real time,and thereby the simulation of automobile driving resistance on the road was realized.The results of error analysis showed that the system was of higher simulation accuracy.
