| 摘 要： | 根据集装箱吊车外伸梁焊接的需求，设计与研制了1台专用自动焊接设备，采用了独具特色的焊缝跟踪、焊接起点和终点的识别、焊接过程自动控制、工件定位等技术，保证了焊接过程的稳定可靠，较好地满足了生产需求。

| Abstract: | the design and manufacture of automatic welding device according to the demand of welding of the extent girder of container's crane are introduced in this paper.the special techniques such as seam's tracking,the recognizing of welding start- point and welding end-point,the automatic controlling,the high speed orientation of workpiece are adopted.the stabilization and credibility during welding process are ensured and the demand of production is satisfied. |
