| 摘 要： | 本文在分析大型矿山设备资产管理（EAM）的现状、存在的问题、造成原因的基础上，提出了引进或建立矿山EAM系统的必要性，并给出了大型矿山EAM系统的基本功能框架。以胶东某大型金矿为例，分析了设备资产管理的业务过程，建立了EAM系统开发的8个功能模块，全面实现了设备及备件从采购直至报废的全过程的管控一体化运作。

| Abstract: | This article in analyzes the large-scale mine equipment property management(EAM) the present situation,the existence question,creates the reason in the foundation,proposed the introduction or the establishment mine EAM system necessity,and has produced the mine enterprise EAM system basic function frame.Take Jiaodong some large-scale gold mine as the example,has analyzed the established property management service process,has established the EAM system development 8 functions module,comprehensively has realized the equipment and the spare parts which until discards controls the integrated operation from the entire psocess management. |
