达—卧输气管线(达县站—卧龙河集气总站)全长148.086 km，管线规格为Φ429×10(9) mm，沿线共有石河、大竹、福成寨、张家场和卧龙河等5个集气站。该管线是川东地区连接南、北的天然气集输枢纽干线，对四川、重庆地区的工农业生产及经济发展都具有重要的作用。为了改善达—卧线输气现状，在其沿线安装了从加拿大Propak公司部分引进的天然气橇装脱水装置。文章以石河脱水站装置为例，简明介绍了其工艺流程、设计参数和技术要求，并根据试运行情况，详细分析了主要工艺参数、装置操作要点及试运行中的合理性，并从现场操作的角度对其做出了评价和建议。

Commissioning Analysis of Skid-mounted Dehydration Units Made by Propark Company in Da-Wo Pipeline

??The total length of Da-Wo (Daxian station-Wolonghe general gas gathering station) pipeline is 148.086 km. The pipe size isΦ?429×10(9) mm. There are 5 gas??gathering stations of Shihe, Dazhu, Fuchengzhai, Zhangjiachang, and Wolonghe along the pipeline. The pipeline is the trunk line to connect the south and north gas transmission pipelines in the east Sichuan area. It plays important role for industrial and agricultural production and economic development in Sichuan and Chongqing areas. In order to improve the current status of Da-Wo Gas transmission Pipeline, the skid??mounted gas dehydration units partly imported from Canadian Propak Company are installed along the pipeline. Taking the dehydration unit of Shihe station as example, the article introduces the technological process, the design parameters and technical requirements of the unit briefly. According to the commissioning, the main process parameters, the key points of operation, and the commissioning rationality are analysed in detail. At the same time, the assessments and suggestions are made from the angle of on??site operation.
