示波分析60年--回顾与展望

摘    要:1943年J.Heyrovsky和Forejt制造了第一台交流示波极谱仪,此后示波分析主要用于无机及有机化合物的快速定性和半定量测定。亦用于工业过程的实时监测。大量文献报道示波分析应用于药物分析,发现了大量与药物有关的生物碱、抗生素、激素、甙、表面活性剂的测定方法。本文简要回顾示波分析的历史、现状,展望了示波分析的发展。

Abstract:In 1943, Professor Jaroslav Heyrovsky and Forejt constructed a special instrument called polaroscope. It was used mainly for rapid qualitative and semiquantitative analysis of inorganic and organic compound.This instrument served also as control of industrial processes giving practically immediate information about the course of reaction. Most of its application to the field of pharmacy were published, hence many methods for the determination of alkaloids, antibiotics, hormones, glycosides, surfactants and other compounds related to medicine were found. The aim of this contribution is both to show historical development of these techniques and their presence and possible future developments and to show that even today in certain cases oscillographic polarography on mercury film electrode can successfully compete with modern separation and spectrometric techniques.
