| Abstract: | Introduced was the production current status of electronic grade BaCO3 in China,including production methods (carbon reduction method,double decomposition method,conversion method,Ba(OH)2 method and BaCl2 method),reaction mechanism,technological process,research progress,advantage and shortcoming,main maker and its annual yield. Its technical standards,main application field and domestic market capacity were also discussed. |
