基于MC56F8013的无刷直流电机调速控制器设计

摘    要:MC56F8013DSP无刷直流电机调速控制器由FCBS5CH60型智能功率模块、AC220S15DC-6W电源模块、LT1763线性稳压器、HCPL2231型光耦合器等器件组成硬件电路,将模拟给定速度转换成数字量,闭环计算得到控制量,通过调节电机输入电压调节转速。系统通过SCI口发送转速值到上位机,转换为速度曲线,可方便进行参数调整。经过验证,系统结构简单,性能稳定可靠,调速效果良好。

Abstract:The BLDC motor speed control system was designed by the DSP MC56F8013.SPM FCBS5CH60,AC/ DC converter AC220S15DC-6W,DC/DC converter LT1763 and optocoupler HCPL2231 to form the hardware circuit. In the controller,the anlogue setting speed was converted to digital type and the control quantity was gained after speed loop computing.Motor speed was controlled by the imported voltage.Rotating speed could be sent to the upper computer through SCI port,and then,parameters of the controller were adjusted with speed curve.Experiment data show such advantages of this controller as simple structure,high precision and wide scope of speed regulation.
