选冶联合处理刚果(金)某高钙镁铜钴矿的试验研究

摘    要:刚果(金)某高钙镁铜钴矿含有大量耗酸脉石,直接浸出时酸耗高,经济效益低。通过选冶联合试验研究,采用连续五次氧化矿粗选、粗精矿不再精选的流程获得精矿,其铜钴品位分别为6.45%、0.96%,金属回收率分别为90.61%、89.07%,产率26.27%。通过技术经济对比,选冶联合工艺相较于直接浸出工艺,浸出酸耗降低了80.64%,综合药剂成本降低了58.16%,提升了工艺的经济效益。

The Beneficiation-metallurgy Combination Process Research on a High Ca-Mg Content Copper-cobalt Ore in D.R. Congo

Abstract:A high Ca-Mg content copper-cobalt ore contains large amount of acid consuming gangue, which leads to a high opex and low economic benefit by using direct leaching process. Through a beneficiation-metallurgy combination process research, it is determined to apply a flotation process of 5 consecutive oxides roughing without any cleaning. A copper-cobalt concentrate was achieved with a yield of 26.27% to be ready for subsequent leaching process. The concentrate also contains Cu grade of 6.45% and Co grade of 0.96% with Cu recovery of 90.61% and Co recovery of 89.07%. From technical and economic point of view, the combination process, compared with direct leaching process, reduced total acid consumption by 80.64% and comprehensive chemicals cost by 58.16%, which substantially lower the opex and improve economic benefits of the whole process.
