热轧带钢宽度的模糊专家控制策略

摘    要:热连轧生产过程是一个典型的复杂工业生产过程,具有很强的非线性、内外部随机扰动、结构和参数的不确定性和时变性。由于精确的数学模型难以建立,使得传统的控制策略不能满足目前小批量、多品种情况下带钢的宽度精度。为此,本文提出了热轧带钢宽度的专家模糊控制,首先提出了专家控制规则,然后建立模糊控制器来控制规则中参数,MATLAB仿真结果表明该方法具有良好的控制效果,为复杂工业过程的控制提供了新方法。

Abstract:Hot-rolling production is a typical complex industrial process, which has highly nonlinear, internal and external random disturbances, the uncertainty and time-varying of structure and parameters. For accurate mathematical model is not established easily, traditional control theory can't meet the width accuracy in the situation of small quantity and variety strip. For this, in this paper, expert-fuzzy control of hot-rolled strip width is proposed. Firstly expert control rules are proposed, then control the parameters by the fuzzy controller, finally simulate by MATLAB. Experimental results show that the method has good control effect and provides a new way for complex industrial process control.
