耐烧蚀有机硅-环氧树脂的制备及其协效残炭性能研究

摘    要:将一定比例的甲基硅树脂与环氧树脂共混,使用固化剂邻苯二甲酸酐固化制得耐烧蚀的有机硅-环氧树脂 ,探讨该树脂的协效残炭及其阻燃性能。结果表明,当甲基硅树脂:环氧树脂=7:3(质量比,下同)时,树脂具有较高残炭率,且出现协效残炭现象;同时,加入10 %的阻燃剂聚磷酸铵(APP)时,其极限氧指数提高到33 %,残炭量提高到68 %。

Preparation of Ablative Silicone-Epoxy Resins and Their Synergistic Effect for Char Formation

Abstract:Methyl silicone resin(R610)was blended with epoxy resin(E44),an ablative silicone-epoxy resin was prepared using phthalic anhydride curing systim. The char formation and flame retardant property of the resin were investigated. When mass ratio of R610 and E44 was7:3, the resin had a high char yield and a synergistic effect was observed. Introducing 10 % of the APP flame retardant, the oxygen index of the resin reached 38 %, and the residual carbon content reached 68 %.
