摘    要:运用CFD数值模拟方法对比研究了不同操作条件下整流喷嘴和普通喷嘴蒸汽喷射器的性能特点。结果表明,在不同混合流体压力和引射流体压力的作用下,应用整流喷嘴能够提高喷射器的喷射系数,进而提高喷射器整体操作性能,特别是在低引射流体压力条件下,整流喷嘴较普通喷嘴仍能保持高的喷射系数,体现了这一新型喷嘴结构的优越性。

Abstract:A CFD method was applied to investigate the performance of steam ejector with an enhanced nozzle.The compared work has been conducted between a basic nozzle and an enhanced nozzle to reveal the variation of entrainment ration by changing the pressure of suction steam and mixed steam.The results indicate that enhanced nozzle can increase entrainment ratio of steam ejector compared with a basic nozzle.Especially,under the lower pressure of suction steam,the ejector with an enhanced nozzle can still maintain high entrainment ratio.
