Ni3Al基合金及其复合材料抗磨粒磨损行为研究

摘    要:研究了一种以Ni3Al为基的复合材料,通过引入WC硬质点来改善材料的抗磨性,并将该材料与Ni3Al基合金和45#淬火钢的磨粒磨损行为进行对比研究,结果表明,WC/Ni3Al基复合材料具有良好的抗磨粒磨损性能,其抗磨性是45#淬火钢的3.34倍,是一种极具潜力的高温抗磨材料。

Abstract:In order to increase the abrasive wear resistance of Ni 3Al-based alloys,a Ni 3Al-based composite was prepared through adding WC hard particles. Abrasive wear behavior of WC/Ni 3Al composite, Ni 3Al-based alloy and 45 # steel were studied comparatively. Studied results showed WC/Ni 3Al composite provided excellent protection against abrasive wear. Its properties of abrasive wear resistance is 3.34 times higher than that of 45 # steel, this is excellent commercial material of high temperature abrasive wear resistance.
