摘    要:采用蒸镀法在高密度的炭/炭(C/C)复合材料表面制备SiC涂层,选用电弧驻点烧蚀试验技术考察SiC涂层后C/C复合材料的烧蚀性能,并探讨其烧蚀机理。结果表明,SiC涂层后,C/C复合材料的耐烧蚀性能有所提高,且烧蚀均匀性得到改善,SiC涂层的烧蚀起到瞬时的保护作用,适用于C/C复合材料在高温烧蚀条件下的短时间保护。

Abstract:SiC coatings on high density carbon/carbon(C/C) composites were prepared by evaporative deposition.Their ablation performances were examined on an arc stagnation heater and the ablation mechanism was investigated.The results show that compared with C/C composites without coatings,anti-ablation performances,together with the ablation homogeneities of C/C composites with SiC coatings are improved.SiC coatings can protect C/C composites instantaneously.This kind of coatings can be used to those short time prot...
