摘    要:通过单因素实验优化镁合金植酸转化工艺,发现在植酸体积浓度为10 mL/L,pH=2.5,温度50℃,成膜时间20 min条件下,可在MB8镁合金表面制备出均匀一致的植酸转化膜.该膜层微观形貌与铬酸盐转化膜类似,表面呈现出均匀分布的网状微裂纹,类似于"龟裂的土地",膜层主要成分为Mg,O,P,Mn和C;动电位极化曲线测试...

Abstract:The phytic acid conversion technique was investigated by the single-factor experiments.It was found that the uniform coherent conversion coating on the MB8 magnesium alloy can be obtained on the condition of 10 ml/L phytic acid,pH=2.5,at 50 ℃ for 20 min.The micro-structure of the coating was similar with the chromate conversion coating,whose surface was uniform micro-crack network,similar to "the rimose land".The main elements of the coating were Mg,O,P,Mn and C.The potentiodynamic polarization curves showed that the corrosion current density reduced greatly when the MB8 magnesium alloy was treated through phytic acid conversion technique.Which indicated that the phytic acid conversion coating improved effectively the corrosion resistance of MB8 magnesium alloy.
