Abstract:Ni-Mo solar selective absorption coatings were prepared from self-made Ni-Mo aggregate composite powder using HVOF method.The surface morphology,phase composition,elements and optical performance of the coatings were characterized and analyzed respectively.And the influence of powder particle size,proportion of coating composition and surface treatment on the selective absorption properties of coatings were studied.The results show that when diameters of composite powder are smaller or equal to 45 μm and the mass ratio of Ni and Mo in the powder is 7∶3,the coating obtained exhibits better selective absorption properties.The coating consists of Ni,Mo and NiO,whose surface is a slightly rough and diffuse surface.When the surface roughness(Ra) is 2.156 μm through grinding process,the coating shows excellent performance with a solar absorptance(α) of 0.84 and a thermal emittance(ε) of 0.16.And adding an anti-reflection layer on top of it enhances the utilization of sunlight,which makes the sample reach a solar absorptance of 0.92.
