超声冲击对7A52铝合金焊接接头力学性能的影响

摘    要:采用QC23-B型超声冲击设备对7A52铝合金焊接接头进行超声冲击处理,从焊缝表观、焊趾处应变与应力、抗拉强度等方面对经过超声冲击处理前、后的试样进行对比研究。结果表明,经过超声冲击处理的试样,焊缝焊趾处的外表形状更为平滑,焊趾处拉应力转变为压应力。抗拉强度测试表明,冲击后接头平均抗拉强度为271 MPa,与冲击前相比提高了9.7%,且冲击后的焊件部分断裂在焊缝上,验证了超声冲击处理改变接头焊趾处的应力分布,降低应力集中。

Abstract:7A52 alloy joint was treated by QC23-B ultrasonic impact treatment(UIT) equipment.The welded joints with and without UIT treatment were studied by means of weld appearance test,strain and stress test,tensile strength test and so on.The results indicate that the shape of weld toe treated by ultrasonic impact becomes more smooth,stress in weld toe changes from tensile stress to compressive stress.Tensile strength tests show that the average tensile strength of the joint treated by ultrasonic impact is 271 MPa...
