Ce对ZA43合金组织与力学性能的影响

摘    要:研究了稀土Ce加入量对ZA43合金铸态组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,Ce能够细化ZA43合金的铸态组织。随Ce加入量增加,α相由发达的树枝晶转变为碎块状晶粒,ZA43合金的力学性能、耐磨性得到不同程度的改善,Ce元素主要分布于晶界,并以金属间化合物形式存在。综合考虑稀土Ce对ZA43合金组织及性能的影响,添加0.15%的Ce对提高ZA43合金综合力学性能最为有效。

Abstract:Effects of Ce addiiton on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZA43 alloys were investigated.The results indicate that the as-cast microstructure of ZA43 alloy can be refined by Ce addition,and α-Al phase is converted from developed dendrite into granular phase,which are responsible for the improvement of mechanical properties and wear resistance of the alloy.Ce element in form of intermetallic compound is mainly distributed into boundary.Comprehensively considering the effects of Ce addition on microstructure and properties of the alloy,0.15% Ce addition is a satisfied choice.
