双超声处理对5083合金半固态浆料组织的影响

摘    要:通过自制的双超声场处理装置作用于5083合金半固态浆料,研究了装置的斜流道、装置导入的功率超声和不同位向的双超声场处理装置对浆料凝固组织的影响规律。结果表明,斜流道和功率超声能改善组织中晶粒的数目和形貌;交错式双振动头处理装置得到的半固态组织更细小、圆整。

Abstract:Semi-solid 5083 alloy slurry was prepared by a self-developed double ultrasonic field treatment device,and effects of inclined channel、ultrasound power and different arrangement of double ultrasonic field treatment devices on the solidification structure were investigated.The results show that inclined channel and ultrasound power can improve the grain number and its morphology.The 5083 alloy slurry with finer and spheroidized grain can be prepared by treatment device with staggered double vibration heads.
